Yes, we can send products overseas. Please contact us with your location and we can provide a postage cost.

We aim to process your order and send it as soon as humanly possible. That means we will try to get the order out on the same day that you send it to us. Sometimes there might be hurdles but we’re confident that our service is the quickest around.


We are happy to receive returns from you if the product and its packaging are still in 100% perfect condition. All seals must be intact without any stickers or labels removed.

You should register your return with us first by emailing your name, address, product, reason for return, invoice or receipt number and confirmation that the product and its packaging are still in perfect condition.

Returns should be sent to the address below. Delivery is at your cost and we cannot refund the original freight costs unless the product is faulty in some way. We cannot accept responsibility for the item until it reaches us so make sure you use effective packaging. We suggest repacking in the box and packaging you received it in. You will need to return items within 30 days, with a copy of your receipt or invoice in the box so we can identify your purchase. If you have any questions, we are happy to help if you contact us.
