How does Earthtown choose products for the online store?
Mainly through a lot of research. We want to find products that our customers use in their everyday life and try to avoid products that may have been made sustainably but perhaps aren’t totally necessary. The products we do stock are either the most of one of the most sustainable available. This means that we would have selected them for their local production and/or use of vegan, organic and ethical inputs. We look for products that have been manufactured sustainably using recycled materials where possible in efficient “factories” (which may sometimes be a backyard farm) and distributed efficiently. We are always looking to improve and expand our offerings so if you have any new ideas for products please let us know here.
What is your stance on vegan products?
Earthtown is 100% vegan. We think that vegan products play a key part in developing sustainable solutions and products by virtue of their low impact on our environment, as well as being animal friendly. Earthtown’s primary objective is to preserve our natural environments for animal and plant life biodiversity and so and products that further that cause we happily support.
Do you do bulk wholesale orders for events?
We are able to provide products for events that may need large quantities. You can contact us for availability and pricing here.
Do you price match?
Yes, we are happy to match the price of another outlet so long as it is the same item in Australia, in the same size, colour, etc. You will need to provide us with a link to the item advertised at the lower price. We seek to provide our customers with the best value in sustainable products so appreciate you letting us know when our pricing could be improved.
Do Earthtown products have warranties?
Yes, most of our products have warranties from the manufacturer. The product information is in our online store.
How can I track my order?
All of our orders are processed with a tracking number that you can use to watch your parcel make its way from us to you!
Do you post products overseas?
Yes, we can send products overseas. Please contact us with your location and we can provide a postage cost.
When will you send my order?
We aim to process your order and send it as soon as humanly possible. That means we will try to get the order out on the same day that you send it to us. Sometimes there might be hurdles but we’re confident that our service is the quickest around.

Is your packaging sustainable?
Our packaging for delivery is done to firstly, protect your products and secondly, protect your products in the most sustainable manner. We use packaging materials designed to effectively protect your products made from recycled and recyclable cardboards. Our boxes are locally sourced with minimal printing and our packaging “filler” is Hexcel, a cleverly designed recycled paper packing. Tapes are plastic free using compostable or recyclable adhesives and labels are sustainably sourced.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our online store will accept paypal, afterpay or credit cards. Alternatively you can generate an invoice and pay by bank transfer or credit card over the phone. No credit card details are recorded or retained by Earthtown.
